Hold the bundle at a 45-degree angle and move it around the room, starting at the door and moving clockwise. 4. Focus your intention on clearing away any negative energy and promoting positivity and harmony. 5. If necessary, relight the sage bundle as needed. 6. Once you have smudged the entire room, extinguish the sage bundle by pressing it into a fireproof bowl or container.

To sage yourself, you can follow these steps

1. Light the sage bundle until it starts producing smoke. 2. Hold the sage bundle and move it around your body from head to toe, being careful not to burn yourself. 3. Focus your intention on clearing away any negative energy and promoting positivity and harmony for yourself. 4. Once you have finished smudging yourself, extinguish the sage bundle by pressing it into a fireproof bowl or container.

To sage another person, you can follow these steps

1. Have the person stand still with their arms out to their sides. 2. Light the sage bundle until it starts producing smoke. 3. Move the smudge stick around the person, starting at their head and moving down to their feet. 4. Focus your intention on clearing away any negative energy and promoting positivity and harmony. 5.
